These Terms govern use of RaveMeApp as a map-first discovery product for electronic music events, venues, access requests, claims, messaging and community safety.

Acceptance and Age
By using RaveMeApp, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the product.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials and activity. Keep account information accurate and do not impersonate another person, venue, organizer, artist or brand.
RaveMeApp Is Not the Organizer
RaveMeApp helps users discover events, venues and scene context. Unless explicitly stated, RaveMeApp is not the organizer, promoter, host, venue operator or seller for any event shown in the product.
User Events and Signals
Users may create or submit event, venue and scene signals. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights connected to anything you submit.
System-Sourced Events
RaveMeApp may display event or venue information from official sources, venue pages, user submissions or system-sourced records. Details may change and should be checked with the official source before making plans.
Venue and Event Claims
Claims must be truthful and made only by people authorized to represent the venue, organizer, artist or event. Claims may be rejected, corrected, limited or removed if they are misleading, unverifiable or abusive.
Private Raves and Location Privacy
Private or limited-access listings may use approximate or delayed location reveal modes. Do not expose private addresses, access codes, invite details or location unlock information without authorization.
Organizer Responsibility
Organizers and submitters are responsible for lawful, accurate and safe event information, including location, timing, capacity, access conditions and official source links.
Prohibited Content and Actions
- Fake events, scams, spam or misleading listings.
- Harassment, hate, threats, targeted abuse or discriminatory conduct.
- Promotion of illegal activity, unsafe behavior or dangerous instructions.
- Doxxing, exposing private information or misusing location details.
- False venue, organizer, artist or event claims.
- Automated abuse, security probing or attempts to disrupt the product.
Moderation, Reports and Blocking
RaveMeApp may review reports, remove content, reduce visibility, reject claims, restrict messaging, block access, suspend accounts or take other safety actions where needed.
User Content and License
You keep rights to content you submit. You grant RaveMeApp a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, process, adapt and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, secure and promote the product.
Disclaimers and Liability
RaveMeApp is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Event details, venue status, access rules, external links and safety conditions may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaveMeApp is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or external event-related losses.
Termination and Support
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms, safety concerns or legal requirements. Contact support@ravemeapp.com for support.
