Account Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your RaveMeApp account and related personal data.
Request Account Deletion
Send your request to support@ravemeapp.com from the email connected to your RaveMeApp account. Include your profile name or account email so the account can be identified.
What Happens After Deletion Request
- Your account is reviewed for ownership and deletion eligibility.
- Your profile is removed or deactivated.
- Personal account data is deleted or anonymized where possible.
- Public content may be removed, detached or anonymized depending on product safety and context.
- You may lose access to events, messages, claims, saved places and account history.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, safety reports, moderation history, dispute handling, claim records or legitimate operational records.
Verification
RaveMeApp may require identity or account ownership verification before processing a deletion request. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion of another user's account.
